Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in hosting a Natural Health Network (NHN) meeting! To ensure a successful and consistent experience for our members, please review the following hosting requirements: Membership Requirement: Hosts must have a valid and active NHN membership to be eligible. Location: Meetings must be held at the host’s physical location. The location should be clean, welcoming, and able to comfortably accommodate all attendees. Time: Meetings are to be held during the lunch hour, between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM. Hosts must be prepared to begin and end the meeting on time. Food & Refreshments: Hosts are required to provide lunch for all RSVPed attendees. Please ensure food options accommodate common dietary restrictions when possible. Additional Guidelines: Hosts are responsible for providing seating arrangements, necessary equipment (if any presentations are involved), and ensuring the environment is conducive to networking and discussion. Hosts should be prepared to introduce their business briefly during the meeting. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your hosting date, please notify NHN at least 7 days in advance to allow proper communication with attendees. By hosting an NHN meeting, you agree to the terms outlined above to ensure a valuable and seamless experience for our members.
