Cancellation Policy

Meeting Requests All meetings are scheduled by request and subject to confirmation. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with the finalized meeting details. Arrival & Timing Please arrive on time for your scheduled meeting. Meetings are limited to the scheduled 30-minute time block in order to respect the time of all participants. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your meeting, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to others who may be waiting. Meeting Location Meeting locations will vary depending on travel schedules, events, or meeting format. The exact location or virtual meeting link will be provided after confirmation. Professional Conduct All meetings are intended to be professional conversations focused on the mission of Natural Health Network and the natural health community. Participants are expected to engage respectfully. Informational Purpose NHN Discovery Meetings are informational and community-focused discussions.
