Detox Bath Recipe

Detox Bath Recipe:


Ingredients:


- 1 cup Epsom salt

- 1/2 cup baking soda

- Hot water (as per preference)

- Optional: Young Living Essential oils (Thieves, Breathe Again and Lavender are our go tos.)


Instructions:


1. Prepare Your Bath: Fill your bathtub with comfortably hot water. The warmth enhances the detoxification process by opening up pores and promoting, sweat and relaxation.

2. Add Epsom Salt: Sprinkle 1 cup of Epsom salt into the bathwater. Epsom salt, rich in magnesium, helps soothe sore muscles, reduce stress, and eliminate toxins from the body.

3. Mix in Baking Soda: Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to the water. Baking soda aids in alkalizing the body and can help soothe irritated skin, leaving it soft and refreshed.

4. Optional Essential Oils: For added benefits, add a few drops of your favorite pure essential oils. (We like Young Living Essential oils. Our go tos are Lavender, Thieves blend or R.C. blend.)

5. Swirl and Soak: Gently swirl the water to ensure the ingredients dissolve. Now, immerse yourself or your little ones into the calming bath and soak for at least 20-30 minutes.
