*Application Fee: The Application Fee is a one-time fee that covers NHN’s application review and provider vetting process and remains valid for the duration of your continuous active membership. Payment of the Application Fee does not guarantee membership approval or placement in the NHN Directory. If membership is canceled, it may be reinstated within 90 days of the cancellation date with a $100 Reinstatement Fee. After 90 days, a new application and applicable Application Fee will be required. Approved applicants will be invited to complete the NHN onboarding process.
