Cancellation Policy

By booking or purchasing a guest recording on the Natural Health Network Podcast (“Podcast”), you (“Guest”) agree to the following: 1. Recording Deadline Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of purchase. Failure to record within this timeframe results in forfeiture. No refunds or extensions. 2. Payment & Refunds NHN Members may book according to membership benefits. Non-Members must pay $45 at booking. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, including no-shows. 3. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late changes may require rebooking and payment. 4. No Compensation Participation is voluntary. Guest receives no payment, royalties, or ad revenue and waives any right to compensation related to use of their name, voice, likeness, business name, or materials. 5. Editorial Rights Natural Health Network (“NHN”) retains full editorial discretion, including the right to edit for clarity, remove inappropriate or legally concerning content, or decline publication. 6. Advertising NHN may include sponsorships or advertisements in the episode. Guest is not entitled to compensation. 7. Grant of Rights Guest grants NHN a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, edit, publish, distribute, promote, and repurpose the episode in any format, including clips, transcripts, social media, website, and email marketing. 8. Guest Responsibilities Guest represents they have authority to share discussed information, will not disclose confidential or protected information, will comply with privacy laws (including HIPAA), and that statements are truthful and non-defamatory. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NHN from claims arising from participation. 9. No Guarantees & Liability NHN makes no guarantees regarding exposure, leads, or results and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 10. Governing Law This agreement is governed by Texas law. NHN may terminate recordings for disruptive or legally risky conduct. By booking, Guest agrees to these terms.
