Welcome to Down the Rabbit Hole with Leah

I had questions. Things escalated.
Have you ever come across something that caught your attention, decided to look into it, and somehow ended up 12 browser tabs deep, questioning everything you thought you knew?
Because, same.
I've always been the type of person who wants to know why. Why do we do things a certain way? Is there another approach? Is that wellness trend actually backed by science, or did someone just make it sound really convincing on the internet?
And honestly, sometimes the answers are even more interesting than the questions.
That's how Down the Rabbit Hole came to be.
So, What's Down the Rabbit Hole All About?
Twice a month, I'm taking you along as I explore something that catches my attention in the world of natural health, wellness, and everyday living.
Maybe it's an ingredient I've never thought twice about. A natural remedy people have been using for generations. A wellness trend that seems to be everywhere. Or something completely unexpected that makes me stop and think, Wait... is that actually true?
Whatever it is, I'm going to look into it.
I'll dig through the research, explore different perspectives, and share the interesting things I discover along the way. Sometimes we'll find answers. Sometimes we'll discover that the science isn't quite settled. And sometimes we'll probably end up with more questions than we started with.
That's part of the fun.
Curiosity Doesn't Make Me an Expert
Let's get one thing straight: I'm not a medical professional, and I'm certainly not going to pretend I've got natural health all figured out.
But I do believe there's value in asking questions, challenging assumptions, and being willing to change your mind when new information comes along.
Not everything labeled natural is necessarily safe or effective. And not every popular wellness claim holds up when you look at the research.
I'm interested in exploring both the possibilities and the limitations, without feeling like I have to pick a side before I've even started reading.
Here's Where You Come In
I don't want this to be a one-sided conversation.
Is there something you've heard about natural health or wellness that made you stop and think, Wait... is that actually true?
Maybe it's an unusual natural remedy, a wellness trend you keep seeing, or something you've always wondered about but never gotten around to researching.
Drop your questions, ideas, or topics in the comments! Who knows? Yours might just inspire my next article.
Go ahead. Pique my curiosity. Send me down a rabbit hole. 🐇
