I’m Dani Cordova, founder of MK Wellness Athletic Recovery & Body Sculpting in Cypress, Texas.

My passion for wellness began through my family’s own health journey, which led me to explore functional wellness, inflammation, recovery, and ways to better support the body.

I created MK Wellness to bridge the gap between traditional wellness and innovative technology — bringing together carefully researched modalities that support recovery, relaxation, performance, longevity, and overall well-being.
