Natural Health Network (NHN) Ambassador Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms and expectations for participation in the NHN Ambassador Program.

1. Role of the Ambassador

As an NHN Ambassador, you agree to represent the Natural Health Network in a professional and ethical manner by promoting membership, building community connections, and supporting the growth of NHN.

2. Commission Structure

NHN Ambassadors begin at a 20% recurring commission rate on active memberships they directly refer through their assigned referral method.

  • Commissions are paid monthly

  • Commission eligibility remains active while:

    • The referred member maintains an active NHN membership

    • The ambassador maintains active status within the program


NHN offers tier-based growth opportunities with increased earning potential as ambassadors expand their reach and impact within the community.


NHN reserves the right to update commission structures, tier qualifications, or payout policies with notice.

3. Referral Tracking & Assignment

Each ambassador will receive a unique referral method, link, code, or tracking system used to attribute referred members.


Only memberships successfully tracked through the assigned referral method will qualify for commission payments.

4. Ambassador Activity Status

To maintain active ambassador status, ambassadors are expected to:

  • Attend required monthly virtual ambassador meetings

  • Remain engaged within the NHN community

  • Follow all program policies and guidelines

  • Maintain professional communication and representation of NHN


NHN reserves the right to pause, review, or terminate ambassador participation due to inactivity, lack of engagement, misconduct, or violation of program guidelines.

5. Branding & Marketing Guidelines

Ambassadors agree to follow all NHN branding and communication guidelines.

  • NHN must be tagged in related social media content when applicable

  • NHN-branded materials, graphics, or promotional content must be approved prior to public use

  • Ambassadors may not alter official NHN branding without written approval

6. Conduct & Representation

Ambassadors may not:

  • Make medical claims on behalf of NHN

  • Misrepresent NHN, its mission, providers, or services

  • Provide medical advice while representing NHN

  • Engage in unethical, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate conduct


NHN reserves the right to immediately remove ambassadors whose actions negatively impact the organization or community.

7. Events & Community Engagement

Ambassadors may host virtual or in-person networking opportunities, wellness meetups, or community events.


Any event promoted as an official NHN event or using NHN branding must receive prior approval from NHN leadership.

8. Confidentiality & Professionalism

Ambassadors agree to maintain professionalism when communicating with members, providers, sponsors, and the public.


Internal program information, member information, or sensitive NHN operational information may not be shared without authorization.

9. Termination of Participation

NHN reserves the right to terminate ambassador participation at any time due to:

  • Violation of program policies

  • Misrepresentation of NHN

  • Inappropriate conduct

  • Inactivity or lack of participation

  • Actions deemed harmful to NHN or its community


Upon termination, all future commission payments will cease.

10. Independent Contractor Status

NHN Ambassadors are independent representatives and are not employees, partners, agents, or legal representatives of Natural Health Network.


Participation in the program does not create an employment relationship.

11. Agreement Acknowledgment

By participating in the NHN Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and expectations outlined in this Agreement.
